Lydia is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and over 10 years of experience in the health and wellness industry as a Pilates instructor and integrative health coach. She has guided clients of all ages in managing their weight and improving long-term health, tailoring realistic and evidence-based approaches to each individual. Lydia brings a holistic and practical perspective, supporting women to feel confident and empowered in their health by combining nutrition, lifestyle, and movement.
Through her training and placements across hospitals, aged care facilities, and community health settings, Lydia has developed expertise in chronic disease management, diabetes management, and oncology. She also has experience in menu planning, and cultural dietary considerations, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how food and nutrition fit into different lifestyles and healthcare needs.
Lydia has a special passion for women’s health, particularly in balancing hormones, managing perimenopause and menopause symptoms, improving gut health, supporting fertility and pregnancy, and antenatal care.
