Dr Rajjit Ahluwalia

Dr Rajjit completed his medical degree at Deakin University (Victoria) in 2015. He then spent 2 years working in regional Victoria before relocating to Gold Coast as a GP and focuses on continuity of care, which has seen him develop a strong patient base.
Dr Rajjit has completed a Diploma in Women’s Health (DRANZCOG) as well as a Diploma in Children’s Health, so he can provide extra care for women's health, pregnancy health, and children. Dr Rajjit completed his fellowship in 2020 and is now a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
Dr Rajjit currently also has a keen interest in working together with overweight patients and helps them meet their goals to lose weight.

Billing Policy
Some of Dr Rajjit’s consults are privately billed, with a Medicare rebate:
- Standard & Telephone consults (10-15 min): $85
You will still qualify for Bulk-billing of standard consults if you:
- hold a Concession/Pension card/DVA Gold Card
- are 15 and under
- are Aboriginal or a Torres Strait Islander and have had a health assessment with Dr Raj in the last 12 months
The below consults will be charged for ALL patients:
- Long consult (>20 min): $140
- Extra long consult (>30min): $200
- Mental Health Care Plan: $160
- Weight loss consults at standard consult rate
- Telehealth consults for ALL patients regardless of concession status $85.00
