Dr Jane Caple


Dr Jane Caple is a second-year GP registrar who graduated medicine from Griffith University with distinction. She has a Masters in Human Nutrition and spent her resident years at Gold Coast University Hospital working in a number of areas, including ED, general medicine, obstetrics & gynaecology, psychiatry, geriatrics, orthopaedics and paediatrics. In 2019 she worked at an Aboriginal Medical Service in Brisbane. Dr Jane is a MedCentres Registrar through General Practice Training Queensland (GPTQ).

She enjoys all aspects of general practice, but has a particular interest in women’s health, including family planning, sexual health and antenatal care. She is qualified for Implanon insertion and is able to treat Hepatitis C.

Outside of work, Jane enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children on the sunny Gold Coast. She also swims (including synchronised swimming), knits and hunts down good coffee.
